Sometimes, I really don't know what to say when I see these headline news. I feel sorry for those who are seeing their wealth vapourising due to their homes bought at expensive prices. Just less than 6 months ago many "experts" and mainstream economists were saying UK house prices will continue to rise but at a slower pace, if not going sideway. Where are those "experts" and economists now?
Bear in mind that all the frightening numbers that you see on the news now are in nominal terms. With a gradually depreciating UK currency, the real figures are much worse.
